Week 0 — Orientation & Diagnostic

Pre-work · 20 min

Welcome: how a flipped PMP course works

Why knowledge is delivered async and live time is 100% applied — and how that gets you exam-ready faster.

This course runs on one principle: pre-work carries the knowledge, live time is 100% applied.

Every week you complete async pre-work with graded checks — these are what count toward the PMI 35-hour training requirement. Then you spend the live lab making decisions on a real case, in role, under time pressure, using the same item formats the exam uses.

Sessions follow the life cycle a project actually unfolds in — Initiate, Plan, Execute/Lead, Monitor & Adapt, Close — not the ECO's People/Process/Business Environment order. Every one of the 26 ECO tasks is still covered; see the coverage matrix.
