About this course
The problem with most PMP courses
They spend the expensive hours — the ones with a facilitator in the room — reading slides aloud. The exam does not test recall; it tests what you would do next as a project manager under pressure, with incomplete information and stakeholders who disagree.
What we do instead
Knowledge is delivered before the applied block through short bilingual pre-work: readings, videos, voice notes and a graded check that proves you arrived ready. The applied block is then spent entirely on judgment — decisions, roleplay, conflict, change requests and timed drills in the newer exam formats.
One project, five weeks
Project Guardian is a wearable fall-detection device with an AI companion app for elder-care facilities: a predictive hardware workstream and an agile software workstream under one plan. Because the project is continuous, every tool you learn lands on a situation you already understand.
Evidence you can submit
Every hour is logged against its source — pre-work, applied block, graded check or final assessment — and exportable. Your weak spots are reported by ECO domain and task so revision is targeted rather than generic.
